I have a right to use my work for portfolio/self-promotion/etc. purposes. Artwork may be posted on other platforms.

I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason I deem necessary.

All artwork and designs are for personal use only by default. Commercial rights can be worked out at any time.

Edits may be requested at anytime during a commission but are limited to 1 major and 3 minor per commission before an editing fee is charged. Any edits that are a mistake on my part will not be charged.

A workable file will be only kept for 7 days after commission completion. It is commissioner responsibility to communicate any issues during the process, any commissioner-requested edits after the work is finished will be an additional charge.

Only the commissioner may repost/edit their commissioned work with proper credit. Do not take credit for my work or remove my signature under any circumstances.

Under no circumstances may you use my work to promote bigotry, racism, sexism, etc.

Under no circumstances may you use my work in NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI generation/training.

Anything can be done with the design once purchased (ex. roleplay, personal physical items like fursuits/charms, etc.) All designs are only for personal, non-commercial use unless a commercial agreement is made.

All edits/redesigns are allowed as long as you do not remove me as the original designer. Do not claim the design as your own under any circumstances.

Do not resell the design for more than originally bought unless they have additional commissioned art. Traded/gifted designs can only be traded/gifted if alone.

Regarding designs with multiple forms or alternate designs, all designs must be kept/sold together. These designs may not be broken apart and sold separately.

Full payment is due upfront before I begin. Payment plans are welcome as long as it is discussed prior.

All sales are paid in USD by PayPal invoices unless specified otherwise. The invoice must be paid within 10 days or the purchase will be cancelled.

Complexity fees are added at my discretion. Fees may also be added for significant changes during or post-completion. All fees will be communicated transparently.

Anything purchased with the intent to be used commercially (ex. merchandise) must be stated upfront. Proper agreements will be decided on accordingly.

Rush orders are available for an additional fee. The fee varies depending on queue length, commission complexity, and requested completion time.

Refunds can be requested at any time before the coloring stage. Full refunds are only available if no work has been started or I myself am unable to fulfill the commission. Partial refunds are available during the sketching/lineart stages. Refunds will not be available after the coloring stage.

Purchased adopts are not eligible for refunds.

I retain all rights to the work if a started commission is refunded or a chargeback is filed. Any work that was done may be repurposed in any way I deem fit. If refunded or chargebacked, the commissioner loses rights to the material and may not use the work in any way.
