I have a right to use any completed work for portfolio or self-promotion purposes. Artwork may be uploaded to my commission site or across my social media.

I have a right to refuse service for any reason I deem necessary anytime before, during, or after the commission.

All designs and works are only for personal use by default. Commercial rights may be discussed at any time.

Edits may be requested at any time during a commission but are limited to 3 minor edits and 1 major edit. Any edits surpassing this amount will be an additional fee. Artist mistakes will not be charged or counted in the allotment.

A workable file will only be kept for 7 days post-completion. It is the commissioner's responsibility to communicate any edits during the process, any edits requested after the commission will be an additional fee.

Only the commissioner may repost/edit my work with proper credit. Do not remove my watermark or take credit for my work under any circumstances.

My work cannot be used in AI training/generation, NFTs, cryptocurrency, or the like under any circumstances.

My work cannot be used to promote bigotry, racism, sexism, or other forms of discrimination under any circumstances.

Full payment is due upfront before I begin any work. Payment plans are welcome and must be discussed upfront.

All sales are paid in USD via PayPal invoices. I may also accept payment via Ko-fi or through other specified means.

All invoices must be paid within 10 days or the commission will be cancelled.

Complexity fees are added to the final price at my discretion based on the details of the request, character design, or other factors. Fees may also be added due to significant changes during or post-completion. All fees will be communicated transparently.

Rush orders are available for an additional fee. This fee will vary due to queue length, commission complexity, and requested completion time.

Refunds can be requested anytime prior to the coloring stage. Full refunds will only be given if the commission has not started or if I myself am unable to fulfill the commission. 50% of the commission will be refundable at the sketch stage, and 25% will be refundable at the lineart stage. Refunds are not available once the coloring stage has begun due to the amount of work that has been done.

Purchased adopts are not available for refunds.

I retain all rights to a work if a commission is refunded by a commissioner or if a chargeback is filed. If refunded or chargebacked, the commissioner loses rights to the material and may not use the work in any way.

Anything can be done with a design once they are purchased such as roleplay, personal physical items, etc.

All designs are for non-commercial use only by default. Commercial rights to my designs start at $50-100 depending on original artwork complexity and are subject to adjustment during discussion.

All edits/redesigns are allowed as long as I am kept as the original designer. Do not claim full designer credit of the design.

Do not resell the design more than originally purchased for unless they have been commissioned additional art or have personal art to add value.

Designs may have alternate forms/designs but these must be exchanged together and may not be sold separately.
